Is KDS, captain mode or payroll extra?
No. They are part of the platform price. Petpooja sells each as an add-on; we do not.
What does the agents tier cost against what it recovers?
A ₹30 lakh/month outlet with 2 points of food-cost drift leaks about ₹60,000 a month. The agents tier is ₹3,500. The owner app shows the recovered amount next to the fee every month.
Do you take a commission on online orders?
No. Orders on your own site are commission-free. Aggregator commissions are theirs, and we post them to your books so you see delivery profit net of them.
Is there a lock-in?
Annual billing for the platform, monthly for agents. Your data, including the full ledger, exports at any time.
What about hardware?
Runs on the Android and Windows devices you already own. Cloud and local printing both supported. We do not resell hardware.
Running a restaurant is hard enough
